50731 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: Has the Minister's office received any requests for exclusion from the Regulatory Standards Bill that have not been reflected in the bill as reported by the Finance and Expenditure select committee; if so, what are those requests?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that no direct requests for exclusion were received by my office. During the development of the Bill, some agencies proposed specific legislation or types of legislation they considered may be appropriate for exclusion from the Bill.
