50722 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: Has the Public Service Commissioner received any complaints or correspondence from public sector employees, unions, or members of the public regarding the appropriateness or tone of the Commission’s advertisements about industrial action, and if so, how many, and what actions were taken?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Public Service Commission has received correspondence from 21 individuals and five OIA requests related to the Commission’s recent social media advertising. The Commission is currently working through responding to them. In addition, a number of comments were made on the Commission's Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
