50719 (2025). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: Has a provider been appointed to pilot the proposed outcomes-based contract, and if so, what was the procurement process?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised no provider has been appointed. The Centre for Family Violence and Sexual Violence Prevention is progressing a full baseline review that will identify opportunities where outcomes-based contracts might be adopted. Alongside this, I am advised the Social Investment Agency is inviting proposals from providers for outcomes-based contracts.
