50593 (2024). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What is the total amount, if any, of individuals who arrived into New Zealand on a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa during the week of 5th August 2024?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that during the week of 5 August 2024, a total of 81 individuals (comprising a mix of principal and secondary applicants) arrived in New Zealand on a Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa. This includes 11 individuals who arrived on the current Skilled Migrant - Skilled Resident visa and 70 individuals who arrived on the previous Skilled Migrant Category visa. The number of individuals is based on first arrival after the grant of the visa offshore.
