Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that given this decision does not result in a reduction in funding, but rather is a measure to ensure that funding is only spent where services are actually needed and used, no analysis on individual provider financial positions was used to inform this operational decision. Contracting decisions are an operational matter and are the responsibility of the Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki.
