Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as at 31 July 2024: • mean salary = $122,889 • median salary = $112,375 Please note that the figures above are calculated based on average annual base salaries for the Kāinga Ora permanent and fixed-term workforce. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development advises me that as at 31 July 2024: • mean salary = $139,376 • median salary = $125,521
