50468 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Children: How many young people, if any, gave written consent to be placed in the Military Style Youth Academies?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that all young people signed their Supervision with Residence Order stating the order was for participation in the Military-Style Academy pilot, prior to beginning their sentence and commencement on the Pilot.
