50464 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Further to 12771 (2024), has the Minister received the Terms of Reference from the Fast-track Projects Independent Advisory Group, if so, what steps, if any, has the Minister taken since receiving this document?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Terms of Reference set out an expected timeframe of 2 August 2024 for the Advisory Group report. The report was received on this date. Delegated Ministers are reviewing the information contained in the report and will make recommendations to Cabinet in due course.
