Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister stand by his comments in the House on 20 March 2024 that “we've heard many stories specifically around women being stalked” and that stalking of Company Directors using their home address is not exclusive to women?

Hon Andrew Bayly: Yes. I have heard unsettling stories about female company directors being stalked, however I fully appreciate that safety concerns relating to home addresses being published are much broader and apply to all people regardless of their gender, which is why we are progressing changes to remove addresses from the companies register.
