50442 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Can the Minister confirm that, under the new legislation to update the Companies Act 1993, fees will not be charged for Companies Office changes which are about safety of Directors?

Hon Andrew Bayly: The Government has not yet decided what, if any, fees might be charged in relation to removal of directors’ addresses from historical documents uploaded to the Companies Register.
