50407 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to Written Parliamentary Questions 39173 (2024) and 39174 (2024), are there any family members participating on the residential phase of the pilot military-style academy programme?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that family are encouraged to engage with the young people by phoning them and visiting the residence on planned weekends. Family members do not participate in the structured programming outside of these times.
