50388 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: What steps, if any, is the Minister taking to address St John ambulance officers pay?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that contract negotiations for ambulance staff pay are between Hato Hone St John and unions. Health New Zealand and ACC's current agreement with Hato Hone St John provides for an annual funding uplift which can be used to support staffing costs.
