50386 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: Will the Government increase funding towards ambulance services in New Zealand, if not, why not?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised the current agreement between Hato Hone St John, Health New Zealand and ACC provides for an annual uplift which increases the government's funding of road ambulance services. Health NZ and ACC currently provide a total of $380 million a year to Hato Hone St John and Wellington Free Ambulance.
