Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) during the week beginning 13 October 2025: 1. Fortnightly Status Report to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery (16/10/2025) 2. Minister meeting with NZ Disability Commissioner (17/10/2025) I also received two additional documents within the specified timeframe; however, it is not in the public interest to release the title of these documents. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
