Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) had two staff working on measures to enhance the resilience of New Zealand’s critical infrastructure system, including against the risks posed by climate change. In addition, I received advice from my officials in DPMC on climate change policy, including adaptation and critical infrastructure resilience.
