Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: The Organisation Direction and Development Team within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) coordinate DPMC’s and the National Emergency Management Agency’s (NEMA) Carbon Neutral Government Programme reporting obligations. There are no staff dedicated to this work and all activities are managed as part of the wider accountability work programme.
