Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Public Service Commission has not issued any internal guidance regarding the political neutrality of its advertising or public statements about industrial action since 27 November 2023. The Public Service Commission ensures its public communications remain consistent with the principles of political neutrality and impartiality by adhering to established government advertising and communications guidelines, the Commission’s social media policy and social media guidance.
