50313 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: When, if ever, will the outcome from the consultation on national direction instruments be finalised and released?

Hon Chris Bishop: Consultation outcomes on the national direction programme under the Resource Management Act 1991 will be released following Cabinet decisions later this year and early next year. Gazettal of Phase 2 instruments is expected in late 2025 or early 2026.
