Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: How many staff, if any, were employed in the Minister's departments, if any, on 1 July 2024 that worked on climate change adaptation, categorised by work on corporate/organisational climate adaptation or national climate change adaptation or both?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised that on 1 July 2024 Stats NZ had no staff dedicated to working on climate change adaptation. As set out in my response to written parliamentary question 50299 (2024), these matters would fall under the responsibilities of functional areas within Stats NZ.
