50305 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister of Police: Have the police files, for the Annabelle Daza death, be sent to the coroner; if not, by what date will they be sent?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised the information requested remains subject to an open investigation and that investigation is currently active before the coroner. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 50308 (2025).
