Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that, as part of our focus on putting patients first and ensuring all New Zealanders have access to timely, quality healthcare, 14 percent of physical construction work had been completed on Hutt Valley Te Whare Ahuru Acute Mental Health Unit as at 17 October 2025.
