50272 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for Biosecurity: What is the current estimated total cost of Plant Health & Environment Capability Laboratory, Auckland, and how does that compare with the original approved budget, as at 17 October 2025?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: I am advised that the cost to deliver the Plant Health and Environment Capability Programme can’t be supplied at this time, as it is commercially sensitive while a final contract is being negotiated for the main construction works.
