50231 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How many staff, if any, were employed in the Minister's departments, if any, on 1 July 2023 that worked on greenhouse gas emissions reduction efforts, categorised by whether they worked on organisational/corporate emissions reduction or nationwide emissions reduction or both?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples that they are part of the Carbon Neutral Government Programme to minimise its environmental footprint by reducing its greenhouse gas emissions. I am further advised by the Ministry that there are 0.2 FTE contracted between April 2023 and November 2023.
