50215 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Transport: What percentage of physical construction work has been completed on Rolleston Access Improvements – Package 1, Canterbury, as at 17 October 2025?

Hon Chris Bishop: As at 17 October 2025, only two days had passed since the sod-turning for the project on 15 October 2025. Given this short timeframe, it’s reasonable to expect that very little physical work would have been completed.
