Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 47340 (2025), on what date, if at all, was the previous tenant at the 11 Paine Street, Mangere first asked to move, because their house was being put on the market and on what date, if at all, were they provided with a new home?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the tenant was moved to another Kāinga Ora home in April 2023, due to 11 Paine Street being damaged by the January 2023 floods.
