Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the property was compliant with the Healthy Homes Standards prior to the January 2023 floods. As a result of the flood damage, the home became non-compliant with Healthy Homes Standards. It is being sold ‘as is where is’, as it requires flood remediation and Healthy Homes work.
