Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: What process does the Government intend to use to seek feedback from the affected agencies and relevant stakeholder groups before making any final decision about whether to merge the Ministry for the Environment, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, and parts of the Department of Internal Affairs?

Hon Judith Collins: The Public Service Commissioner is currently looking at potential options to group or reconfigure agencies in a way that will set them up for the future. No decisions have been made.
