Camilla Belich to the Minister of Local Government: Does the Government intend to consult local authorities, Local Government New Zealand, and other relevant stakeholders before making any decision on whether to merge the local government and water functions of the Department of Internal Affairs with the Ministry for the Environment, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development?
