50170 (2025). Hūhana Lyndon to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to written question answer 48958, has she given a direction to service providers or Te Whatū Ora that service providers who did not participate in the pilot initiative should offer vape kits as a smoking cessation tool; and if so, has she directed that there be any consequences for providers if they choose not to comply?

Hon Casey Costello: No. As I noted in my reply to Written Parliamentary Question 48958 (2025), this is an operational matter for Health NZ.
