50166 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 44324 (2025), how many of the approximately 1750 homes that will offset the 1,850 homes expected to be delivered by Kāinga Ora in this financial year are expected to be demolitions?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is forecasting approximately 670 demolitions in FY2025/26.
