50164 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, newly built social homes that were funded in Budget 2024 or Budget 2025 have been delivered and how does that number breakdown by build to own and build to lease?

Hon Chris Bishop: As at 9 October, 136 places were delivered. 94 places were recorded as build to own, 42 as build to lease.
