50162 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: What amount was spent on each counselling session by I am Hope during the 2024/2025 financial year, and how does this compare to the previous year, broken down by type of session?

Hon Matt Doocey: As per the Ministry of Health contract with I Am Hope, the Ministry pays I Am Hope $150 (excluding GST) per counselling session delivered. Up to a maximum of $6 million per year. Information is not held prior to 2024/25 as it does not fall within the scope of the Ministry’s contract with I Am Hope for Gumboot Friday counselling services.
