50138 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: What was the total value of fines in respect of which people entered into payment arrangements due to the trial of bailiffs using hand held scanners to locate the cars of people with unpaid fines?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I can advise the Member that the Ministry of Justice does not currently have available reporting on amount of fines and reparation paid via time payment arrangements following a positive match on an automatic number plate recognition handheld device.
