Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his replies to Questions 44319 (2025) and 47348 (2025), did Kāinga Ora provided him with advice that said the cost to deliver the Meadowbank development on Puroto Street was “$10,908 per metre-squared” and if not, who calculated that figure?
