49994 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Housing: Have any Kainga Ora tenants in Lyttelton been given notice to vacate; if so, on what date?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there has been one tenant in the last 12 months, who has been “given notice to vacate” and was served a 90-day notice on 10 October 2025.
