49985 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Transport: How much Time Off In Lieu, if any, has been accrued by employees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2025?

Hon James Meager: I am advised that as at 1 October 2025, there was a total TOIL accrual of 97.85 days at MNZ and 9.7 days at TAIC. CAA does not record TOIL centrally. Instead, it is managed directly between managers and their staff. As such, CAA is unable to advise how much Time off in Lieu, if any, was accrued by its employees as of 1 October 2025.
