49968 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Energy: How much Time off in Lieu, if any, was accrued by employees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2024?

Hon Simon Watts: "As Minister of Energy, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Growth’s answer to written parliamentary question 9966 (2025). - With regard to Crown entities under the energy portfolio, the EA and EECA: EA: The Total Time off in Lieu accrued by all employees at the Electricity Authority as at 01 October 2024 was 15 Days. EECA: EECA does not operate a Time off in Lieu (TOIL) policy for its employees."
