49967 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: How much Time Off In Lieu, if any, has been accrued by employees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2025?

Hon Penny Simmonds: As of 1 October 2025, Tertiary Education Commission employees had accrued a total of 353.5 hours (46.5 days) of Time off In Lieu (TOIL). Most of the TOIL was accrued as a result of planned maintenance and project work after hours by our Information Directorate (i.e. teams such as Security, Infrastructure and Applications).
