49953 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: How much Time Off In Lieu, if any, has been accrued by employees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2025?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised that as at 1 October 2025, the sum of outstanding Time of in Lieu balance for DPMC staff is 0 hours.
