49952 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How much Time off in Lieu, if any, was accrued by employees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2024?

Hon Judith Collins: Time off in Lieu (TOIL) balances are reported at the end of each quarter. As at 30 September 2024, the total balance of TOIL accrued by Crown Law employees was 1510 hours, and the total balance of TOIL accrued by Parliamentary Counsel Office employees was 41 hours.
