49950 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: How much Time off in Lieu, if any, was accrued by employees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2024?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was a departmental agency hosted by DPMC as at 1 October 2024. I am advised that as at 1 October 2024, the sum of outstanding Time of in Lieu balance for DPMC and NEMA staff is 349.96 hours.
