49877 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Infrastructure: What advice, aides-memoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, if any, has the Minister received on the proposed Resilience Bill, by title and date?
Hon Chris Bishop: As the Minister for Infrastructure, and since I assumed responsibility for this work, I have received the following advice officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet:

• 11/03/2024 – Infrastructure Commission Weekly report item: Update from DPMC on the Emergency Management Bill
• 25/03/2024 – Infrastructure Commission Weekly report item: DPMC update: Critical Infrastructure Resilience – establishment of Reference Groups
• 24/4/2024 - Infrastructure Commission Weekly report item: Release of North Island Severe Weather Event Inquiry
• 8/4/2024 - Infrastructure Commission Weekly report: Update from DPMC: Briefings with Ministers on work to enhance critical infrastructure resilience
• 08/05/2024 – DPMC Report: Update on the critical infrastructure resilience system
• 18/06/2024 – DPMC Briefing: Draft Cabinet paper: Enhancing New Zealand’s critical infrastructure resilience – approval to release discussion document
• 18/07/2024 – Weekly report item: DPMC update: Progress update on National Adaption Plan Action 5.6
I also received one relevant document on 24/07/2024. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document as the matters discussed are under active consideration.
