49867 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tertiary Education and Skills: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on the arts faculty change proposals at Auckland University?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I was advised by the Tertiary Education Commission, in its fortnightly report to me dated 9 April 2024, that the University of Auckland had published a change proposal and was seeking submissions on the proposal from staff and students. This is an operational matter that is the responsibility of the university’s council and I have received no further advice on the subject.
