Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. I have not received advice from officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) regarding the 'Our Marine Environment 2025' report. Staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
