Ingrid Leary to the Associate Minister of Housing: Does she agree with financial commentator Janine Stark that Metlifecare has now agreed to stop charging residents for the cost of repairing and maintaining chattels, after Commerce Commission investigations, but some other operators are continuing to charge for chattels; if so, what, if anything, will she do to address this?
