Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by Health New Zealand that as of 9 August 2024, the anticipated date of completion of the ‘deliver’ project phase for the Facilities Infrastructure Remediation Programme – Tranche 2, Auckland City Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre project is December 2025. Please note forecasted completion dates may be subject to change based on various factors, including system/cost pressures, necessary approvals, etc. There are key stage gates where accuracy of an estimate is enhanced, these are generally at business case decision, at the end of each design phase and main contract award.
