Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by Health New Zealand that the practical completion date for this project is January 2026. Please note, forecasted completion dates may be subject to change based on various factors, including system/cost pressures, necessary approvals, etc. There are key stage gates where accuracy of an estimate is enhanced, these are generally at business case decision, at the end of each design phase and main contract award.
