Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs I have not received standalone advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on the implications of methane reduction targets on trade agreements. However, I note that in my capacity as a Cabinet Minister I received the relevant Cabinet paper.
