49466 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, serious workplace accidents were reported to WorkSafe during the week of October 6th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that from 6 October to 12 October, WorkSafe received notification of 58 serious workplace accidents (57 notifications of injury and 1 notification of fatal harm).
