49453 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office requested, if any, since October 6 2025, by title and date?

Hon Brooke van Velden: As the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, the titles of advice I have requested or received from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and WorkSafe are considered for proactive release on a regular basis. These titles can be found on the MBIE website at https://www.mbie.govt.nz/about/open-government-and-official-information/release-of-information/list… or on the WorkSafe website at https://www.worksafe.govt.nz/about-us/information-requests/information-releases/titles-of-advice-to-the-minister-for-workplace-relations-and-safety/ To answer what other documents I or any member of my Office requested will require significant staff resources and I do not believe it is in the public interest to do so.
